At PepsiCo every associate can grow and own their own development, through our global learning centre, called PEP U.

PEP U wants to ensure every associate has the right learning content at the right time. Our global learning philosophy supports our business: learning should be answering business needs, linked to the business strategy and driving future business success. Achieving our mission will ensure all PepsiCo Associates thrive today and tomorrow. We do this through various learning platforms including:

   -     Degreed gives learners access to everything from a 2-minute video, a relevant Forbes article, an eLearning course hosted in My Learning, all the way to an in-depth learning plan blending many learning modalities to meet the skill need. Degreed uses AI and machine learning to provide personalized learning suggestions. In addition, it is social platform where associates can follow colleagues and leaders to see what they are learning. PEP U Degreed training is available to all PepsiCo employees across the globe.

   -     Global Learning Programs offers engaging & interactive virtually instructor led session, and enables learning with PepsiCo colleagues from around the world. All PEP U Global Delivery programs touch on various aspects of the GREAT5, which is our leadership model, to help us grow in our skills, capacity and the way we think.
